dc.description.abstractУ результаті аналізу зміст понять «юрисдикція» та «адміністративна юрисдикція» охарактеризовано зміст адміністративно-юрисдикційної діяльності органів і підрозділів поліції. Охарактеризовано адміністративні правопорушення, справи про які уповноважені розглядати органи поліції у межах своїх адміністративно-юрисдикційних повноважень. Виокремлено основні ознаки адміністративно-юрисдикційної діяльності органів і підрозділів поліції. Обґрунтовано доцільність тлумачення визначення адміністративно-юрисдикційної діяльності органів і підрозділів поліції у широкому та вузькому сенсі.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractAs a result of the analysis, the content of the concepts of «jurisdiction» and «administrative jurisdiction» describes the content of administrative and jurisdictional activities of police bodies and units. Administrative offenses are described, the cases of which are authorized to be considered by the police bodies within the limits of their administrative and jurisdictional powers. The main features of administrative and jurisdictional activity of police bodies and divisions are highlighted. The expediency of interpreting the definition of administrative and jurisdictional activity of police bodies and units in a broad and narrow sense is substantiated. Administrative and jurisdictional activity of the police in the narrow sense should be understood as regulated by the norms of administrative law legal, executive-official activity of bodies and subdivisions of the police (their officials), in the framework of which is the consideration of a category of cases defined in the administrative code on administrative offences, the results of which in the appropriate procedural form are made decisions on the application of measures of administrative coercion to offenders, the imposition of administrative sanctions. In a broad sense, the administrative and jurisdictional activity of the police means not only the activities of the authorized bodies and subdivisions of the police (their officials) to consider cases of administrative offenses, and the adoption of the results of such consideration of the relevant decisions, but also the consideration of cases of disciplinary offences, cases on complaints of citizens, as well as the adoption of related administrative and procedural measures.en

Охаракеризованы административные правонарушения, дела о которых уполномоченные рассматривать органы полиции в пределах своих административно-юрисдикционных полномочий. Выделены основные признаки администра-тивно-юрисдикционной деятельности органов и подразделений полиции. Обоснована целесообразность толкования определения административно-юрисдикционной деятельности органов и подразделений полиции в широком и узком смысле.ru
