Abstract

Стверджено, що впровадження інноваційних технологій у секторі безпеки та оборони є важливим фактором зміцнення обороноздатності країни. Інвестиції у військову науку та технології не лише забезпечують переваги у військових конфліктах, але й сприяють спеціалізації, ефективності та стійкості збройних сил. Водночас, поширення автономних систем вимагає розробки міжнародних стандартів етичного регулювання для уникнення неконтрольованих наслідків.It is argued that the introduction of innovative technologies in the security and defense sector is an important factor in strengthening the country's defense capabilities. Investments in military science and technology not only provide advantages in military conflicts, but also contribute to the specialization, efficiency and sustainability of the armed forces. At the same time, the spread of autonomous systems requires the development of international standards of ethical regulation to avoid uncontrolled consequences.
