dc.description.abstractРозкрито сутнісний зміст понять статус та правовий статус. Визначено, що набуття правового статусу працівника Національної поліції України – це складний процес, який відрізняється від загального прийняття особи на роботу в рамках діяльності інших підприємств, установ чи організацій. Відмічено домінуючу роль спеціальних нормативно-правових актів в контексті правового регулювання набуття статусу поліцейського, які встановлюють не тільки суто механічні, але й багато принципово-основоположних аспектів процесу прийняття на роботу в поліцію, який досить поверхнево регламентовано загальним трудовим законодавством.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, reveals the essential meaning of the concepts of status and legal status. The key approaches to the category "legal status of an employee" are highlighted, as well as the peculiarities of the content of the legal status of employees of the National Police of Ukraine are revealed. The departmental normative-legal base in the sphere of work of police bodies is investigated, on the basis of which the specifics of acquisition of the legal status of the police officer are defined. It was determined that acquiring the legal status of an employee of the National Police of Ukraine is a complex process that differs from the general hiring of a person within the framework of the activities of other enterprises, institutions or organizations. A key specific aspect is that not every subject can acquire the status of a police officer, but only those who meet the legally established requirements regarding the level of education, moral, business and psychological qualities, state of health, etc. In addition, the status of a police officer is granted to a person who is hired and appointed to the position of a police officer in the bodies or units of the National Police of Ukraine, which takes place: exclusively in the form of a competition – a special legal procedure for checking a person's compliance with all requirements for police service, which is carried out by special police officers Commission. It was concluded that obtaining the status of a police officer and, in general, starting work in the bodies and divisions of the National Police of Ukraine is more difficult than acquiring the status of an employee of any other enterprise, institution or organization. After all, the legislation of Ukraine establishes several factors at once that determine the need for high-quality and "meticulous" selection of candidates for work in the specified department. Along with this, it is also worth noting the dominant role of special legal acts in the context of the legal regulation of acquiring the status of a police officer, which establish not only purely mechanical, but also many fundamental aspects of the police recruitment process, which is rather superficially regulated by general labor legislation.uk_UA

Определено, что обретение правового статуса работника Национальной полиции Украины – это сложный процесс, отличающийся от общего принятия лица на работу в рамках деятельности других предприятий, учреждений или организаций. Отмечена доминирующая роль специальных нормативно-правовых актов в контексте правового регулирования приобретения статуса полицейского, устанавливающих не только чисто механические, но и многие принципиально-основополагающие аспекты процесса принятия на работу в полицию, достаточно поверхностно регламентированного общим трудовым законодательством.uk_UA
