dc.description.abstractВідмічено, що забезпечення ефективного функціонування органів та підрозділів поліції є фактично неможливим без її належного кадрового забезпечення. Важливою гарантією кадрового забезпечення є створення належних умов для того, щоб працівники поліції могли побудувати свою кар’єру. А тому, важливим завданням законодавця та органів поліції є створити організаційні засади для проходження службової кар’єри працівника поліції. Обґрунтовано важливість та необхідність вдосконалення наступних організаційних засад службової кар’єри в органах поліції: робота з кадрами, інформаційне забезпечення, матеріально-технічне та фінансове забезпечення.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe relevance of the article is that the National Police is a central executive body operating in the system of public administration, and which is responsible for implementing a number of important tasks and functions for the state in the law enforcement sector. It should be noted that ensuring the effective functioning of police bodies and units is virtually impossible without its proper staffing. At the same time, an important guarantee of staffing is to create the right conditions for police officers to build their careers. Therefore, it is important for the legislature and the police to create the organizational framework for a police officer’s career. The article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and current legislation of Ukraine, substantiates the importance and need to improve the following organizational principles of career in the police: work with staff, information support, logistics and financial support. It was emphasized that the improvement of the relevant organizational framework should be carried out comprehensively, as these categories are interdependent and complementary. It is emphasized that the criteria for evaluating the activities of the National Police of Ukraine should be divided into two groups: 1) external criteria, which include the following: a) public opinion on the level of public confidence in the police in general and police in particular; b) the level of crime in the country; c) time to respond to citizens’ appeals; d) the number of complaints of citizens about the activities of the police and its officials; e) quality of interaction with the public; 2) internal criteria, which are to assess the leadership of the police work of individual police officers: a) the quality and effectiveness of the tasks assigned to the police officer; b) results of attestation (taking into account the results of each stage of attestation); c) direct description of the police officer by his direct superior; d) the number of disclosed complaints; e) feedback from colleagues on the relevant employee.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractОтмечено, что обеспечение эффективного функционирования органов и подразделений полиции фактически невозможно без ее надлежащего кадрового обеспечения. Важной гарантией кадрового обеспечения является создание надлежащих условий для того, чтобы полицейские могли построить свою карьеру. Поэтому важной задачей законодателя и органов полиции является создать организационные основы для прохождения служебной карьеры работника полиции. Обоснована важность и необходимость усовершенствования следующих организационных основ служебной карьеры в органах полиции: работа с кадрами, информационное обеспечение, материально-техническое и финансовое обеспечение.uk_UA
