Анотація
Здійснено спробу узагальнення найрізноманітнішого
наукового матеріалу, дотичного до розроблення окремої теорії (напряму) – військової кримінології. Надано рекомендації щодо вибудовування станів миротворчості, міждержавного спілкування на засадах партнерства, взаємодопомоги та розуміння ситуації, налагодження нормальних зовнішньополітичних відносин і зв’язків, створення відповідних міждержавних
органів та військових відомств країн, усунення загроз кібербезпеки, розроблення різного роду меморандумів, статутів, угод, договорів на
засадах пропорційності, балансу інтересів, виваженості державних політик, що є пріоритетними завданнями на вказаному шляху.
By applying the interdisciplinary method of scientific research, the author made an attempt to generalize the most diverse scientific material, which is related to the development of a separate theory (direction) – military criminology. Speaking about the directions for improving the spiritual, essential and real conditions of society’s life, despite the fact that rationalism has filled all layers of social life, few people think in the concept of the importance of prayer to God as a result of pious conditions of peoples, through general repentance. In the person of the criminal, the global policy of the states can be seen, which begins directly with the leaders, who make efforts to impoverish the population and bring it to a state of despair and sinfulness. Such a strategy must be deliberately targeted at a wide variety of levels. So, today, on the part of the Russian Federation, important objects of the critical infrastructure of the Ukrainian state are being destroyed, causing a devastating defeat to personal and economic development. In the world, many efforts are being made to change the surrounding reality in the other direction: the processes of euthanasia, abortion, and transhumanism, which are a sinful acts, are being actively implemented; with the help of modern neurotechnologies, laser installations (satellite), the destruction, grain or undermining of the sowing company of 2022/2023 is carried out. Recommendations are provided for building peacekeeping states, interstate communication on the basis of partnership, mutual assistance, and understanding of the situation. The establishment of normal foreign policy relations and relations, the creation of relevant intergovernmental bodies and military departments of countries, the elimination of cyber security threats, the development of various types of memorandums, statutes, agreements, and contracts based on the principles of proportionality, the balance of interests, balanced state policies, which are priority tasks on the indicated path.
Предпринята попытка обобщения самого разнообразного научного материала, причастного к разработке отдельной теории (направления) – военной криминологии. Даны рекомендации по выстраиванию состояний миротворчества, межгосударственного общения на основе партнерства, взаимопомощи и понимания ситуации, налаживания нормальных внешнеполитических отношений и связей, создания соответствующих межгосударственных органов и военных ведомств стран, устранения угроз кибербезопасности, разработки разного рода меморандумов, уставов на основе пропорциональности, баланса интересов, взвешенности государственных политик, являющихся приоритетными задачами на указанном пути.
