dc.description.abstractУ статті на підставі аналізу теоретичних концепцій та нормативно-правових засад розглянуто зміст поняття «мотивація» та «стимулювання службової діяльності поліції». Визначено особливості правового забезпечення стимулювання службової діяльності працівників слідчих підрозділів Національної поліції в умовах сьогодення.
dc.description.abstractIn the article, based on the analysis of theoretical concepts and legal frameworks, the content of the concept of “motivation” and “stimulation of police official activity” is considered. The specifics of the legal support for the stimulation of the official activity of the employees of the investigative units of the National Police in today’s conditions have been determined. It was noted that today, the main problems in the field of stimulating effective police activity of investigators include insufficient attention to the use of material and non-material forms by the leadership of the National Police, which narrows the possibility of encouraging employees of investigative units to work more effectively. It is indicated that the stimulation of the official activity of the investigative units of the National Police is a system of measures aimed at meeting the material, social-psychological, and personal needs of the employee of the investigative unit in order to mobilize his desire for action, the need for highly effective official activity based on self-organization and self-management. Forms of incentives for the official activity of employees of the investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine have been determined, which should include: 1) material incentives, which include material remuneration; 2) non-material stimulation (encouragement, promotion, guarantee of proper medical care, training of police officers (including abroad) in order to improve their qualifications); 3) mixed stimulation, which includes combined (material and immaterial) forms. In conclusion, it is stated that the basis of the rational use of human resources in the investigative units of the police is the development of effective legal incentives for the official activities of the employees of the investigative units. At the same time, stimulating the activity of investigators is a complex process, for the proper organization of which it is necessary to take into account acquired various motivational approaches, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency of personnel management in pretrial investigation bodies and a positive image of the police in general.
