Цивільно-правове регулювання онлайн тренувань

Abstract

Досліджено питання щодо правового регулювання онлайн спортивних тренувань. Проведено аналіз нормативних актів які регулюють данні правовідносини в Україні, також простежено ґенезу виникнення цивільно-правового регулювання oнлайн тренувань.

The article examines the issue of legal regulation of online sports training. An analysis of the normative acts regulating these legal relations in Ukraine was carried out, and the genesis of the civil law regulation of online training was also traced. Given that the desire of Ukrainian society to modernize state institutions and legislation based on European approaches is quite strong, we consider it extremely necessary to improve, and in some cases develop, effective mechanisms of state administration. Ukraine's European integration aspirations put on the agenda the issue of improving the executive power system, since it is responsible for the implementation of various state functions, including the policy of European integration. An analysis of the sources of sports law was carried out and their legal characteristics were given in terms of compliance with modern requirements for conducting online sports training. Due to the consideration of the positions of scientists, gaps in legal regulation were identified and ways of improving modern legislation in this area were identified. Having analyzed the "sources of law" that regulate legal relations in the field of sports in Ukraine, it was determined that the existing "sources of law" that form the legislative system of our country are not fully capable of regulating all areas of legal relations in the field of sports, especially when it comes to online training. The study of this topic provided us with certain opportunities, taking into account the fact that the audience that professes this type of training is sufficiently numerous, to establish that this type of online training is in significant need of regulation, because it meets the modern requirements of the law, the regulatory and legal acts should be systematically improved and regulated in detail online sports training. Studying the legal regulation of online sports training will provide an opportunity to more thoroughly understand their role and significance in interaction with each other, as well as with legal relations in the field of law as a whole.

Исследованы вопросы правового регулирования онлайн спортивных тренировок. Проведен анализ нормативных актов, регулирующих данные правоотношения в Украине, также прослежен генезис возникновения гражданско-правового регулирования онлайн тренировок.
