Legal norms of national security and defense in the conditions of countering military aggression

Abstract

Стверджено, що правове забезпечення мобілізації та залучення добровольців є надзвичайно важливим для ефективного протистояння військовій агресії. Вдосконалення законодавства, уточнення правового статусу добровольців, покращення організації мобілізаційних процесів та посилення соціального захисту можуть значно підвищити обороноздатність держави. Ці зміни сприятимуть як залученню більшої кількості громадян до оборони країни, так і забезпеченню їхніх прав та мотивації для боротьби за незалежність України.

It is argued that legal support for mobilization and involvement of volunteers is extremely important for effective resistance to military aggression. Improving legislation, clarifying the legal status of volunteers, improving the organization of mobilization processes and strengthening social protection can significantly increase the defense capability of the state. These changes will contribute to both the involvement of a larger number of citizens in the defense of the country and ensuring their rights and motivation to fight for the independence of Ukraine.
