dc.description.abstractПредставлено результати дослідження взаємозв’язку психологічної ресурсності особистості з перфекціонізмом майбутніх правоохоронців. Виявлено, що в першокурсників перфекціонізм слугує певним мотиватором для професійного розвитку. У курсантів четвертого курсу з підвищенням прагнення надалі розвиватися у професії, позитивно оцінювати свої можливості підвищується можливість по-новому сприймати складні ситуації, а також із підвищенням креативності підвищується позитивне ставлення до всіх осіб, що дозволяє професійно саморозвиватися.uk_UA.UTF8
dc.description.abstractIt has been indicated that potential is an extremely important factor for professional personal fulfillment f a specialist, and law enforcement activity having stress nature, requires the presence of sufficient mental capacity out of law enforcement officers. Perfectionism is defined as the desire for excellence in all aspects of life and supports social and cultural standards of the modern society. Therefore, the study of perfectionism is important for the professional development of law enforcement officers, it may be considered as the resource needed for specific professional skills. The author of the research has applied a questionnaire of an individual’s psychological potential (O. S. Shepa) and methodology of Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (P. L. Hewitt, G. L. Flett), adapted by I. I. Grachova. For the statistical analysis of the results, the author has used correlation analysis of Spearman. The empirical base of the study was Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The studied sampling – is 60 cadets, who were divided into 2 groups: Group 1 – 30 first-year cadets; Group 2 – 30 fourth-year cadets. As a result of the research the author has found out that with increasing desire to improve themselves in the profession the first-year cadets more require from the others of the same and become more responsible. They more believe in the good intentions of people, help others with pleasure, are more conscious and work on themselves. In addition, with increasing perfectionism the possibility to show feelings reduces, cadets are more trying to hide their feelings. Freshmen with increased knowledge about their personal potential more use it to meet the demands of others, and know how to update it. The prospects of achieving development in a career are increased of the fourth-year cadets with increased desire to grow in the profession, with the growth of positive assessment of their capabilities. With increasing creativity and positive attitude to all others, the fourth-year cadets develop themselves more professionally.en
