Особливості кар’єрного росту працівників слідчих підрозділів Національної поліції України

Abstract

Виокремлено та охарактеризовано ключові особливості кар’єрного росту працівників слідчих підрозділів Національної поліції України. Доведено, що існуючі особливості професійного розвитку працівників слідчих підрозділів поліції виділяють їх процес служби у порівнянні з іншими посадовими особами поліції, зокрема щодо наявності особливих етапів професійного розвитку, його чинників, правового регулювання, тощо.Law enforcement activity has always been and remains an integral part of the functioning of any state, because it ensures the protection and protection of fundamental human rights, freedoms and interests, and thus minimizes the impact of negative, destructive factors on society. Ukraine, in this context, is also not an exception, which is confirmed by the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the career growth of employees of the investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine. The article, based on the analysis of the scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation, singles out and characterizes the key features of the career growth of employees of the investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine. It has been proven that the existing features of the professional development of employees of the police investigation units distinguish their service process in comparison with other police officials, in particular, with regard to the presence of special stages of professional development, its factors, legal regulation, etc. It was concluded that the career growth of employees of the investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine is a rather complex institution, because it is characterized by a number of specific features, which are expressed in: the performance of labor activities by investigators in the bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine, which involves not just the performance of labor functions, but also the implementation of the tasks of the relevant law enforcement agency; a specific type of labor activity – a service that requires the performance not only of the labor functions and duties assigned to the employee, but also compliance with the restrictions defined by legislation for this group of employees and the possibility of using special guarantees of professional activity; occupying a special position, which involves not only labor law, but also procedural regulation of the functions, rights and duties of employees of investigative divisions of the National Police of Ukraine. The presence of these features distinguishes the career of employees of investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine not only among other categories of employees, but also in comparison with many other types of police service.Выделены и охарактеризованы ключевые особенности карьерного роста работников следственных подразделений Национальной полиции Украины. Доказано, что существующие особенности профессионального развития работников следственных подразделений полиции выделяют их процесс службы по сравнению с другими должностными лицами полиции, в частности, наличие особых этапов профессионального развития, его факторов, правового регулирования и т.п.
