dc.description.abstractЗдійснено спробу з’ясувати зміст взаємодії суб’єктів реалізації правоохоронної функції держави. Визначено основні стадії взаємодії суб’єктів реалізації правоохоронної функції держави. Сформульовано перелік основних форм взаємодії суб’єктів реалізації правоохоронної функції держави та розкрито особливості реалізації кожної форми. Обґрунтовано думку про необхідність удосконалення процесів інформування та налагодження зворотного зв’язку, що дозволить вирішити різноманітні правові, організаційні, інформаційні та інші проблемні питання, які виникають під час взаємодії суб’єктів реалізації правоохоронної функції держави.uk_UA.UTF8
dc.description.abstractThe object of the research is interaction of subjects realizing state’s law enforcement function and its theoretical and methodological foundation. The objective of the article is to clarify the content of interaction of subjects realizing state’s law enforcement function, the stages of such an interaction, a list of the main forms of interaction and features of realizing each of its forms. The need to achieve the objective of the research is that, it is the interaction that assists the subjects realizing state’s law enforcement function obtain the opportunity to build an effective algorithm of coordinated actions that will take into account all the specifics of the operative situation, to use the forces, means, forms and methods available to other participants of interaction. The relevance of the paper is that considering constant changes in the society and the state, the process of optimizing the central authorities, reforming law enforcement agencies and police in particular has started. Emergence of new threats to the orderly functioning of law enforcement sphere, frequent changes in legislation, issues of interaction of subjects realizing state’s law enforcement function always need of constant studying. An attempt to clarify the content of interaction of subjects realizing state’s law enforcement function is made in the article. The main stages of interaction of subjects realizing state’s law enforcement function are determined. A list of the main forms of interaction of subjects realizing state’s law enforcement function is formulated; features of realization of each form are disclosed. An opinion about the need to improve the process of informing and establishing the feedback is grounded. This will make possible to solve a variety of legal, organizational, informational and other issues that arise during the interaction of subjects realizing state’s law enforcement function. It is concluded that the problem of improving the process of information and establishing the feedback requires immediate solving. Transparent and unbiased discussion of the problems of interaction will make possible to realize the extent of their impact on the efficiency of each participant’s activity of such an interaction, and to determine the content of of each other’s expectations concerning their quality.en

Определены основные стадии взаимодействия субъектов реализации правоохранительной функции государства. Сформулирован перечень основных форм взаимодействия субъектов реализации правоохранительной функции государства и раскрыты особенности реализации каждой формы. Обоснована точка зрения о необходимости усовершенствования процессов информирования и налаживания обратной связи, что позволит решить различные правовые, организационные, информационные и другие проблемы, возникающие во время взаимодействия субъектов реализации правоохранительной функции государства.ru
