Суб’єкти забезпечення інформаційної безпеки підприємництва

Abstract

Подано авторське визначення поняття «суб’єкти забезпечення інформаційної безпеки підприємництва». Визначено систему та коло суб’єктів забезпечення інформаційної безпеки підприємництва. Розкрито основні напрямки діяльності зазначених суб’єктів. Акцентовано увагу на значущості взаємодії суб’єктів забезпечення інформаційної безпеки підприємництва.

The article defined the circle of subjects of ensuring information security of entrepreneurship, revealed basic directions of their activity. It is noted that effective functioning of information security of entrepreneurship is impossible without ensuring its stability, that achieved as a result of the State authorities activity by adopting necessary normative legal acts and activities of relevant subjects, that has the responsibility concerning development and implementation normative, organizational and technical actions, aimed at ensuring information security of entrepreneurship. So one of the necessary preconditions for effective ensuring information security of entrepreneurship is the creation of a system of appropriate subjects of ensuring information security. Under the subjects of ensuring information security of entrepreneurship offers to understand a system of international, national, non-governmental institutions and citizens, which carry out within the limits of Ukraine legislation agreed activity in determine the basic model of ensuring information security of entrepreneurship in the state in general, making and direct realization of normative, organizational and technical actions, aimed at ensuring information security of entrepreneurship of all forms of ownership. In the subjects of ensuring information security of entrepreneurship depending on spheres of influence identified three levels: – international, which represented various international governmental and non-governmental organizations, that carrying out cooperation in the information sphere, at the global and regional level promote the realization of information security policy, including in the enterprise sphere, and its improvement taking into account new threats, that arise in this sphere; – state, under which competent executive authorities develop and implement legal and organizational mechanisms of ensuring information security of entrepreneurship; – local, under which local government activities, nongovernmental organizations, subjects of entrepreneurial activity and natural persons aimed at developing effective mechanism of ensuring information security of individual subjects of entrepreneurial activity and entrepreneurship in general. Noted that effective activity of subjects of ensuring information security of entrepreneurship at all levels requires the establishment of their effective cooperation between themselves in order to developing government policy in the sphere of entrepreneurship, focused on creating the conditions for safe doing entrepreneurial activity, including its information component. This will promote achievement of the established national standards of condition of existence of informational relations in sphere of entrepreneurial activity, increasing the level of ensuring information security of enterprises of all forms of ownership, developing an effective mechanism for the protection information sources about commercial activity of enterprises of all forms of ownership.

Представлено авторское определение понятия «субъекты обеспечения информационной безопасности предпринимательства». Определена система и круг субъектов обеспечения информационной безопасности предпринимательства. Раскрыты основные направления деятельности данных субъектов. Акцентировано внимание на значимости взаимодействия субъектов обеспечения информационной безопасности предпринимательства.
