Розкрито правову основу та форми взаємодії слідчого із співробітниками інших підрозділів під час розслідування ознак незаконного збуту наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин, їх аналогів або прекурсорів за допомогою мережі Інтернету та виявлення органами досудового розслідування ознак даного злочину.

The relevance of the article is that the fight against drug addiction remains a priority and at the same time a difficult task in the activities of law enforcement agencies in many countries. Problems of establishing effective interaction of law enforcement agencies with other entities in the field of detection and investigation of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors through the Internet have been and remain relevant in research and practice. Success in the fight against crime and drug addiction is impossible without the close cooperation of investigators, operational units and other actors in criminal proceedings. This is due to the fact that both the investigative and operational units have specific, unique means of detecting crimes, and it is important that these tools are used not alone but in combination. The article reveals the legal basis and forms of interaction of the investigator with employees of other units during the investigation of signs of illegal sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors via the Internet. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of the investigatorʼs interaction with the operational units of the National Police during the pre-trial investigation of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors via the Internet depends on the skillful combination of procedural, organizational and tactical forms of investigative and operational units of the National Police, and the maximum optimization of these forms, in particular, in the execution of orders by operational units, will provide the desired results, which will be manifested in the prevention, detection and investigation of criminal offenses. , restoration of violated rights and interests of citizens and legal entities.
