Abstract

Сформульовано уявлення про межі державного нагляду (контролю) за безпекою на автомобільному транспорті загального користування. Встановлено сутність категорії "межі державного регулювання", проаналізовано окремі межі державного нагляду (контролю) за безпекою на автомобільному транспорті загального користування.

The article emphasizes that the limits of state supervision (control) over the safety of public road transport are expressed in the directions and features of the development of science and technology, in particular neurotechnologies, artificial intelligence and those technologies, the use of which can in one way or another affect human consciousness , restrictions in the field of health care with the spread of epidemics and pandemics, specific restrictions provided by the legal regime of martial law, certain similar restrictions related to protection against the global threat of terrorism, public opinion, especially spread with the help of modern social networks, cultural foundations of society , in particular in the administrative culture, weather factors, because in adverse weather conditions there is a significant complication of the functioning of the transport system, the provisions of domestic legal acts, the competence of the subjects of supervision (control) for the safety of public road transport.
