dc.description.abstractРозглянуто аспекти виникнення нової професії – медичний представник. Викладені результати дослідження психологічних особливостей людей з вищою медичною освітою, які займаються лікувальною діяльністю, і людей з вищою медичною освітою, які займаються роботою з лікарями з метою продажу певних лікарських препаратів. Основний зміст дослідження включає в себе аналіз таких психологічних особливостей особистості лікаря і медичного представника: тип особистості, самооцінка, комунікативні вміння.
dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the occurrence of a new profession-medical representative. The main purpose of the article is to represent the results of the study of psychological characteristics of the people with higher medical education, who carry out medical activities, and people with higher medical education, who works with doctors in order to sell certain pharmaceuticals. The main content of the study includes the analysis of the following psychological characteristics of the personality of physicians and medical representatives, namely: personality types, self-rating and communication skills. We used the following research methods: John Hollandʼs test determination of the personality type, the method of personal differential (the model, adapted in V. M. Bekhterev Scientific Research Institute), and the Menhelsonʼs test for communicative functions. According to the obtained results there are significant differences in the study of the personality types: doctors have the conventional type, medical representatives have the enterprising one. The self-rating research among doctors detected the meaningful indicator of strength, while the relevant indicators of the medical representatives are performance and activity evaluations. The study of communicative skills show the following significant differences: medical representatives demonstrate dependent style of behavior, and doctors show competent one in the situations, which require reaction to positive statements of the partners; medical representatives demonstrate the competent style of behavior, and doctors show the aggressive type in the situations, which require reaction to negative statements of the partners; doctors demonstrate the dependent behavior and medical residents have the competent one in the situations when you need to address with the request. The obtained data can be used in Professional Psychology. Change of profession depends on the personal features according to the obtained data.
dc.description.abstractРассмотрены вопросы возникновения новой профессии – медицинский представитель. Представлены результаты исследования психологических особенностей людей с высшим медицинским образованием, которые занимаются лечебной деятельностью, и людей с высшим медицинским образованием, которые занимаются работой с врачами с целью продажи определенных лекарственных препаратов. Основное содержание исследования включает в себя анализ следующих психологических особенностей личности врача и медицинского представителя: тип личности, самооценка, коммуникативные умения.
