Abstract

Визначено основні недоліки змісту та процедури адміністративної відповідальності за порушення правил рибальства та охорони рибних запасів; запропоновано шляхи їх вдосконалення. Наголошено, що удосконалення матеріальних та процесуальних норм законодавства про адміністративну відповідальність за порушення правил рибальства та охорони рибних запасів сприятиме вирішенню проблеми порушень у цій сфері, а також забезпечить дотримання режиму законності та захисту прав осіб, щодо яких застосовується адміністративна відповідальність.The paper identifies the main shortcomings of the content and procedures of administrative liability for violations of fisheries and protection of fish stocks, the ways to improve it.
