Abstract

Дисертація є першим в Україні дослідженням, в якому комплексно, з використанням сучасних методів пізнання, урахуванням новітніх досягнень правової науки на системному рівні аналізу та узагальнення виявлено, описано і пояснено феномен кримінологічної безпеки, а також визначено наукові засади її забезпечення в умовах сьогодення. Досліджено сучасний стан теоретичних досліджень проблем кримінологічної безпеки. Сформульовано поняття, зміст та ознаки кримінологічної безпеки. Визначено методологію дослідження кримінологічної безпеки. Проаналізовано інтегративні властивості кримінологічної безпеки у структурі кримінологічних знань. Досліджено міжнародне співробітництво у сфері забезпечення кримінологічної безпеки.The dissertation is the first research in Ukraine, where the phenomenon of criminological security has been comprehensively detected, described and explained with the use of contemporary scientific methods of cognition, considering the latest achievements in legal science at the systemic level of the analysis and generalization. The author has also determined scientific principles of its provision within modern conditions. The current state of theoretical research of the problems of criminological security has been studied. The concept, content and features of criminological security have been formulated. The methodology of studying criminological security has been determined. The integrative properties of criminological security in the structure of criminological knowledge have been analyzed. International cooperation in the field of providing criminological security has been researched.
