dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано чинні міжнародно-правові акти, що існують у світі як гаранти забезпечення та реалізації основних прав і свобод дитини. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що національне законодавство в цій сфері є недосконалим, а тому міжнародні стандарти мають слугувати тим фундаментом, на якому будуть можливі формування та побудова вітчизняної правової системи. Наголошено на обов’язковості виконання Україною взятих на себе перед світовою спільнотою зобов’язань за реалізацію та забезпечення прав дитини.ru_RU.UTF8
dc.description.abstractThe current international and legal acts that exist in the world as guarantees of implementation of fundamental rights and freedoms of a child have been analyzed. Special attention is paid to the fact that the national legislation in this area is imperfect. This is due to the fact that Ukraine is a relatively young state, which gradually restores its state apparatus and legislation, in this case international standards should serve as the foundation for forming possible formation and building national legal system. Protection of children rights requires consolidation of efforts of both international community and the government of each country, public and individuals. Therefore, the relevance of the research and development of the ways to improve the governance sphere of realization and provision of children rights in Ukraine are unconditional. International standards, according to the author, are the assumptions, which are necessary basis for producing the basic principles of a child’s development as an individual. Considering them the representatives of the government and the public must build policies so as to orient it to strengthening respect for children rights, improvement of the efficiency of national mechanism of guaranteeing and protecting the rights and fundamental freedoms, implementation of European human rights standards and ensuring the state’s responsibility for their failure. It is also emphasized on the mandatory implementation of the obligations taken by Ukraine before the international community for the implementation and guaranteeing children rights, because failure to perform by Ukraine the provisions of international documents and treaties as well as the recommendations of monitoring bodies of international organizations is a serious problem.en
dc.description.abstractПроанализированы действующие международно-правовые акты, существующие в мире в качестве гарантов обеспечения и реализации основных прав и свобод ребёнка. Акцентировано внимание на том, что национальное законодательство в этой сфере не идеально, поэтому международные стандарты должны послужить тем опорным пунктом, на котором будет возможность сформировать и построить свою правовую систему. Отмечена важность выполнения международных обязательств, которые взяла на себя Украина перед мировым сообществом за реализацию и обеспечение прав ребенка.ru
