Анотація
Наголошено, що первинна підготовка працівників поліції є ключовим елементом їх професійного навчання, важливим елементом службової кар’єри, що полягає у цілеспрямованому формуванні їх
професіоналізму шляхом набуття знань, розвиток вмінь та навичок для
реалізації своєї трудової діяльності у відповідних підрозділах Національної поліції. Констатовано, що службова підготовка, як необхідна складова службової
кар’єри, є різновидом підготовки працівників поліції, що здійснюється під час
проходження поліцейськими службово-трудової діяльності, та спрямована на
закріплення та оновлення їх знань, вмінь та навичок.
The relevance of the article lies in the fact that the initial training of police officers is a key element of their professional training, an important element of their service career, which consists in the purposeful formation of their professionalism through the acquisition of knowledge, the development of skills and abilities for the implementation of their work activities in the relevant units of the National Police. The level of knowledge and skills acquired by police officers during their training should be sufficient for effective performance of their functional duties by police officers, as well as for further improvement of personal professionalism both in the process of self-study and in the process of participation in postgraduate education events. The training of police officers includes the acquisition of a certain sufficient amount of special knowledge, the formation of the necessary skills, as well as psychological readiness for active activity in the performance of official and labor duties under various conditions of service. The article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of current legislation, revealed the essential content of the initial training of police officers. It was stated that in-service training, as a necessary component of a career, is a type of training of police officers, which is carried out during the service of police officers, and is aimed at consolidating and updating their knowledge, skills and abilities. The key aspects that indicate the special importance of initial training for police careers are highlighted. It was concluded that service training is an element of service and a factor that directly affects the service career. Its importance lies, firstly, in the improvement of already existing knowledge and skills, raising their level to the level relevant for the effective performance of those functional specialized tasks that are determined by the specifics of the performance of official and labor activities of police officers. Secondly, - in the fixation in the established form of the results of the passing of credits for the service training and preparedness of the police officer at the end of the academic year, as well as the mandatory consideration of these results in the official career of the police officer (when certifying, sending the police officer to the training center of the institution, institution police, promotion).
Отмечено, что первичная подготовка работников полиции является ключевым элементом их профессионального обучения, важным элементом служебной карьеры, которая заключается в целенаправленном формировании их профессионализма путем приобретения знаний, развития умений и навыков для реализации своей трудовой деятельности в соответствующих подразделениях Национальной полиции. Констатировано, что служебная подготовка, как необходимая составляющая служебной карьеры, является разновидностью подготовки работников полиции, осуществляемой при прохождении полицейскими служебно-трудовой деятельности, и направлена на закрепление и обновление их знаний, умений и навыков.
