Анотація
У статті досліджується науковий генезис питання оперативного пошуку первинної оперативно-розшукової інформації підрозділами кримінальної поліції. Наголошено на необхідності й актуальності для сучасної теорії та практики ОРД у сучасних умовах проведення на монографічному рівні комплексного дослідження теоретично-правових і організаційно-тактичних засад оперативного пошуку первинної оперативно-розшукової інформації підрозділами Національної поліції України з метою вироблення науково-обґрунтованих
пропозицій до чинного законодавства, а також розроблення науково-практичних рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності роботи в цьому напрямі.
The article deals with the scientific genesis of the questions of the operational search for primary operational-search information by criminal police units. The professional legal literature is analyzed, pre-distributed by time criteria. The necessity and relevance for the modern theory and practice of the ARD in modern conditions is indicated to conduct, on a monographic level, a comprehensive study of the theoretical, legal and organizationaltactical foundations of the operational search for primary operational-search information by the units of the National Police of Ukraine in order to develop scientifically based proposals with applicable law, and also the development of scientific and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of work in this direction. It is found that the research of domestic scientists, it is expedient to divide into the following groups: those that are directly devoted to the problem of prompt search of primary operativesearch information; those that are dedicated to certain types of rapid search for primary operational intelligence; those who consider the general principles of operational-search activity and consider the issues of prompt search of primary operational-search information in the context of other organizational and tactical forms of ARD. It has been determined that at the monographic level the issue of conducting the operational search of primary operative-search information was considered only in relation to the basic question, and also in the textbooks on the textbooks, the studied issue was studied only from the point of view of determining the organizational and tactical foundations of conducting the operational search of the primary operational-search information, at the same time, at the level of lectures and scientific articles, only certain aspects of the operational search of the primary operational-search information were investigated information. It has been concluded that most of the provisions of Soviet scientists' research regarding the organizational aspects are outdated, but at the same time some of the tactics do not use the modern technical capabilities as well as the peculiarities of the criminal situation, that is, these studies are of interest in the historical aspects.
В статье исследуется научный генезис вопроса оперативного поиска первичной оперативно-розыскной информации подразделениями криминальной полиции.
