dc.description.abstractРозкрито сутність та зміст поняття «правоохоронна діяльність». Здійснено аналіз норм чинного законодавства, норми якого спрямовані на регулювання правового статусу територіальних управлінь Державного бюро розслідувань. Виокремлено ключові особливості діяльності органів управління Державного бюро розслідувань.
dc.description.abstractIt was noted that the content of law enforcement activities is the implementation of the powers of a specific law enforcement agency, which are related to the prevention, detection and termination of offenses, as well as bringing guilty persons to legal responsibility, as a means of protecting human rights and freedoms, as well as ensuring law and order and legality. It is argued that the territorial administrations of the SBI are actually organizational and structural subjects of the implementation of the powers of this department, which in turn have the status of a public legal entity. The content of the law enforcement activities of the specified subjects is the implementation of the powers of the State Bureau of Investigation to prevent, detect, terminate, disclose and investigate criminal offenses subject to its investigation within the relevant regions and localities to which the relevant administration extends its activities. It was noted that the law enforcement activities of territorial administrations are carried out on a professional basis by subjects who have passed the competitive selection and taken an oath, within the limits of the powers and territorial competence of the relevant administrations defined by the law. It has been proven that the powers of the territorial offices of the SBI, which make up the content of their law enforcement activities, can be classified into the following groups: 1) directly aimed at the detection, termination, disclosure and investigation of criminal offenses that are part of the tasks of the SBI; 2) aimed at eliminating the negative consequences of such offenses, in particular in the economic sphere; 3) accompanying powers are designed to ensure the implementation of the first two of the specified groups (informational and analytical, powers in the field of interaction, etc.).
dc.description.abstractРаскрыта сущность и содержание понятия «правоохранительная деятельность». Проведен анализ норм действующего законодательства, нормы которого направлены на регулирование правового статуса территориальных управлений Государственного бюро расследований. Выделены ключевые особенности деятельности органов управления Государственного бюро расследований.
