Анотація
Досліджено сутність та різновиди актуальних методів дистанційного навчання іноземних мов
студентів закладів вищої освіти. Охарактеризовано тенденції використання та
розвитку методів дистанційного навчання іноземних мов в умовах ускладнення соціальної взаємодії. Визначено переваги та перспективи розвитку методів дистанційного навчання іноземних мов.
Distance learning as an alternative to regular tuition may be a way of allows students to acquire a certain level of knowledge under social interaction limiting conditions, regardless of specialty chosen. Learning environments is being transformed from one of traditional to one of non-formal learning; present-day higher education learns the great challenges, as well as the real opportunities for the updated methods of collection, storage, processing and working with information and practice of using of knowledge and skills. So, the use of information technologies and methods of distance learning are a sufficiently broad theme of topical interest, especially in second or foreign language learning. Moreover, the quality of foreign language learning affects the level of training and qualification in future professional careers. So, the article is devoted to the analysis of the current methods and approaches of organization the distant learning of foreign languages of students in higher educational establishments as promising way for improvement of academic experience under social interaction limiting conditions; in science paper distant learning of foreign languages is analyzed as modern method, which improves the quality of higher education and supplements to the traditional ways of foreign language learning and teaching. Comparison, methods of abstraction, analysis and generalization are the research methods which were used in the article. So, based on theoretical and methodological research and on an in-depth analysis of foreign language learning practice, it was determined that the distance learning is non-formal type of education, but has a lot of prospects for the development in the context of quarantine restrictions. Distant learning of foreign languages has numerous advantages such as, in particular, the optimization of the learning process with respect to achieving time and quality; using modern communication tools to encourage information and knowledge exchange; the feasibility of complementing the foreign language learning by self-directed learning; the use of existing electronic resource networks what is important to achieve an improved level of digital literacy and competent in future professional careers in the global labour market. Furthermore, ways for strengthening the development of distant learning of foreign languages of students are proposed by authors; for example, by taking advantage of information technologies to learning or taking of multisensory learning techniques.
