Метою роботи є визначення на підставі аналізу сучасних реалій у фінансових відносинах актуального критерію систематизації складових науки фінансового права та оновлення завдань її подальшого розвитку.

The aim of the work is to determine, based on an analysis of modern realities in financial relations, the current criterion for systematizing the components of the science of financial law and updating the tasks of further development.

Целью работы является определение на основе анализа современных реалий в финансовых отношениях актуального критерия систематизации составляющих науки финансового права и обновления задач дальнейшего развития.
