Ґенеза транскордонного співробітництва Європи та України (1991-2015): історико-правове дослідження : дисертація

Abstract

У дисертації шляхом комплексного аналізу нормативно-правових актів, міжнародних угод, національного законодавства європейських країн та України, а також наукових теоретичних досліджень здійснено історико - правовий аналіз ґенези транскордонного співробітництва Європи та України (1991-2015 р. р.). Досліджена трансформація поняття «транскордонне співробітництво» у взаємодії між територіальними (субнаціональними) одиницями, що належать до різних держав Європи, і внутрішньою формою співпраці на території, не зважаючи на кордони між державами.The thesis explores the genesis of transfrontier cooperation between Europe and Ukraine (1991-2015) by conducting complex historical and legal analysis of normative acts, bilateral interstate agreements, international conventions, national legislation of European countries and Ukraine, and also theoretical researches. The author has elaborated an approach to “transfrontier cluster” as an : “association of legal persons, territorial communities, their representative bodies and associations, local executive bodies of Ukraine located in frontier regions with the aim to deepen economic, social, scientific, technological, ecological, cultural and other relations between participants of transfrontier cooperation”.
