Abstract

У статті розглядаються зародження й основні засади розвитку цивільного процесу на українських землях у першій половині ХІХ ст. до судової реформи 1864 р. Головна увага приділяється еволюції процесуального права, змінам, які відбулися в його розвитку після прийняття Зводу законів Російської імперії.The article examines the birth and main directions of the development of the civil process in the Ukrainian lands in the first half of the ХІХ century, before the judicial reform of 1864. The main emphasis is made on the evolution of the procedural law, on the changes that took place in its development after the adoption of the Testimony of the laws of the Russian Empire.В статье рассматриваются зарождение и основные принципы развития гражданского процесса на украинских землях первой половины XIX в. до судебной реформы 1864 г. Главное внимание уделяется эволюции процессуального права, изменениям, произошедшим в его развитии после принятия Свода законов Российской империи.
