Чинники реалізації успішної кар’єри під час проходження державної служби

Abstract

Сформовано комплексне бачення чинників реалізації успішної кар’єри під час проходження державної служби. З’ясовано сутність державної служби та процесу проходження державної служби, кар’єри у державній службі та успіху в контексті вказаних вище категорій. Розкрито окремі чинники побудови успішної кар’єри у державній службі.The article states that the openness of professional and managerial growth for every employee is the quintessence of high moral and ethical values during public service. It is emphasized that the dynamism of the civil service is most fully observed at the career level in the civil service. The essence of success can be reduced to a certain state, profile, portrait, which at the level of generally accepted understanding implies the achievement by a person (organization) of certain indicators of activity in such a quantity (character, quality) that stands out in a larger direction (are innovative, atypical, ground-breaking) from among the total number of indicators of such activity. In the course of analyzing the views of scientists, a system of factors for the realization of a successful career during public service was formed, which are organizational-management, institutional, ideological (moral-ethical) and other conditions for building a successful career. Such factors include the construction of an innovative culture in the civil service, in particular at the level of creating interactive portfolios for civil servants, which would reflect in a digital public format the courses completed by a specific person, professional development, the dynamics of performance indicators, feedback about it from colleagues and clients; the rational organization of the educational and cognitive activities of civil servants, which has its roots in the process of training students who in the future plan to devote their lives to civil service; effective mechanisms for preventing and countering corruption in the public service, which are closely related to justice, openness of career growth and require their organizational, managerial and institutional implementation at the level of mechanisms for evaluating the career path of a specific person by personnel or specially created units for this purpose ( authorized persons). A promising direction of further research is the further scientific understanding of new factors for the realization of a successful career during public service, taking into account the current security challenges of martial law, as well as digital opportunities available in the world’s leading countries.Сформировано комплексное видение факторов реализации успешной карьеры во время прохождения государственной службы. Выяснена сущность государственной службы и процесса прохождения государственной службы, карьеры в государственной службе и успеха в контексте вышеуказанных категорий.
