Анотація
Проаналізовано стан проблеми торгівлі дітьми в Україні, описано діяльність системи протидії торгівлі дітьми, сформульовано рекомендації щодо удосконалення існуючої системи попередження торгівлі дітьми та протидії їй, виходячи з потреб захисту прав дитини.
The problems associated with providing personal security, liberty, honor and dignity has recently attracted the attention among the negative phenomena in the sphere of protecting the constitutional rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine. Of particular concern is not only the fact that there has been a steady tendency for a rather high level of aggressive, profitable and violent crime in Ukraine for a long time, but also a significant spread of relatively new types of criminal offenses, transnationalization and globalization of international crime. One of such crimes is children trafficking. The problem of its counteraction and combating is one of the priority tasks of lawenforcement agencies. Guaranteeing children rights is a global problem of the present time, and all mankind should be concerned in its solution. There is no doubt that the key role in preventing and combating crimes related to children trafficking is direct competence of internal affairs agencies. Law-enforcement agencies make a significant contribution to fight against this phenomenon in the process of solving its specific tasks. Considering the fact that children trafficking is a special kind of criminal business owned by international, transnational criminal groups that threaten not only national but global security, it is difficult to overestimate the importance and value of international lawenforcement agenciesʼ cooperation.
Проанализировано состояние проблемы торговли детьми в Украине, описана деятельность системы противодействия торговле детьми, сформулированные рекомендации по усовершенствованию существующей системы предупреждения торговле детьми и противодействия ей, исходя из необходимости защиты прав ребенка.
