Правовий статус поліцейського під час дії правового режиму воєнного стану

Abstract

Наголошено, що введення правового режиму воєнного стану створює особливі умови для діяльності Національної поліції України. У таких умовах поліцейські отримують розширені повноваження, включаючи право на посилений контроль за дотриманням комендантської години, патрулювання, перевірку документів та застосування спецзасобів і вогнепальної зброї. Однак розширення повноважень потребує належного правового регулювання, зокрема чіткого визначення обмежень та умов використання цих прав. Це особливо важливо для уникнення порушень прав і свобод громадян.It was emphasized that the introduction of the legal regime of martial law creates special conditions for the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. In such conditions, police officers receive expanded powers, including the right to enhanced control over compliance with the curfew, patrolling, checking documents and using special means and firearms. However, the expansion of powers requires proper legal regulation, in particular, a clear definition of the limitations and conditions for the use of these rights. This is especially important to avoid violations of the rights and freedoms of citizens.
