Конфлікт інтересів у діяльності суддів

Abstract

Наголошено, що на рівні національного законодавства України питання регулювання конфлікту інтересів у суді здійснюється положеннями антикорупційного законодавства, а також Законами України « Про судоустрій і статус суддів» та « Про запобігання корупції». Відсутність єдності і повноти у врегулюванні питання конфлікту інтересів у суді, у свою чергу, ускладнює практичне запобігання корупції під час здійснення правосуддя, і як наслідок гальмує відновлення довіри громадян до правосуддя та потребує подальшого удосконалення.It is emphasized that at the level of national legislation of Ukraine, the issue of regulating conflict of interest in court is carried out by the provisions of anti-corruption legislation, as well as the Laws of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” and “On the Prevention of Corruption”. The lack of unity and completeness in regulating the issue of conflict of interest in court, in turn, complicates the practical prevention of corruption in the administration of justice, and as a result, slows down the restoration of citizens' trust in justice and requires further improvement.
