Abstract

Визначено, що проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій в умовах воєнного стану є надзвичайно складним процесом через велику кількість факторів, таких як, ризик небезпеки для життя суб’єктів проведення цих дій, обмежений доступ до місця подій, проблеми зі збиранням та транспортуванням зібраних доказів з місця події, морально-психологічний стан учасників слідчих (розшукових) дій. Попри пристосування умов законодавства під воєнний стан, залишається багато викликів, що потребують системного вирішення.It has been determined that conducting investigative (search) actions under martial law is an extremely complex process due to a large number of factors, such as the risk of danger to the lives of the subjects of these actions, limited access to the scene of the incident, problems with collecting and transporting collected evidence from the scene of the incident, and the moral and psychological state of the participants in investigative (search) actions. Despite the adaptation of the legislative conditions to martial law, many challenges remain that require a systematic solution.
