Дезінформація як інструмент ведення сучасних конфліктів: уроки для державної стратегії безпеки

Abstract

Наголошено, що Україна сьогодні є унікальним прикладом країни, яка в умовах повномасштабної війни не лише обороняється на фронті, а й вибудовує власну інформаційну оборону. Цей досвід має бути врахований у подальшому формуванні державної стратегії національної безпеки, яка включає не лише збройну, а й інформаційну складову. Уроки, здобуті в умовах протидії дезінформації, є безцінними - вони формують основу для побудови інформаційно стійкої демократії, здатної протистояти будь-яким спробам зовнішнього впливу та маніпуляцій.It was emphasized that Ukraine today is a unique example of a country that, in the conditions of a full-scale war, not only defends itself on the front, but also builds its own information defense. This experience should be taken into account in the further formation of the state strategy of national security, which includes not only the armed, but also the information component. The lessons learned in the conditions of countering disinformation are invaluable - they form the basis for building an information-resistant democracy, capable of resisting any attempts at external influence and manipulation.
