Інтеграція acquis communautaire в правову систему України: історико-правовий аспект : дисертація

Abstract

У дисертації здійснено теоретичне узагальнення та нове вирішення наукової проблеми, що виявилось у комплексному дослідженні процесу інтеграції acquis communautaire в правову систему України з урахуванням історичних, правових, інституційних і соціальних чинників. Проведене дослідження дало змогу сформулювати обґрунтовані висновки, положення та рекомендації, що мають як теоретичне, так і практичне значення для подальшого розвитку правової системи України в контексті євроінтеграції.The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem that emerged from a comprehensive study of the process of integrating the acquis communautaire into the legal system of Ukraine, taking into account historical, legal, institutional and social factors. The research made it possible to formulate well-founded conclusions, provisions and recommendations that have both theoretical and practical significance for the further development of the legal system of Ukraine in the context of European integration.
