Еволюція місцевого самоврядування на українських землях в складі Австрійської (Австро-Угорської) та Російської імперій у ХІХ столітті (історико-правовий аспект) : реферат дисертації

Abstract

У дисертації вперше систематизовано теоретичні засади та історичні умови еволюції інституалізації, організаційної будови та діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування на українських землях Австрійської (Австро-Угорської) і Російської імперій у ХІХ ст.; їх співставлення дозволило виявити особливості та відмінності нормативно-правового регулювання системи місцевого самоврядування двох імперій, показати її виплив на реформування публічної влади на містах в умовах збереження монархічної форми правління.The paper is the first to systematize the theoretical foundations and historical conditions of the evolution in institutionalization, organizational structure, and activities of local self-government bodies in the Ukrainian lands within the Austrian (AustroHungarian) and Russian empires in the 19th century. Their comparison made it possible to identify the common features and differences in the rules and regulations governing the system of local authorities within the two empires, as well as to show its impact on the public authority reform in the provinces held with maintaining general monarchical form of government.
