Abstract

Зазначено, що ветерани та члени сімей військовослужбовців не застраховані від загрози цілеспрямованого насильства - ні як жертви, ні як злочинці. Однак у США існує таке поняття, як «військова громада». До неї входять як військовослужбовці, так і члени їхніх сімей. Всі державні програми соціального захисту в армії цих країн формуються саме для військової спільноти. Водночас, в рамках програм існують і вузькоспеціалізовані напрямки для дружин, дітей військовослужбовців, подружжя та сімей в цілому.It is noted that veterans and family members of military personnel are not immune from the threat of targeted violence - neither as victims nor as perpetrators. However, in the USA there is such a thing as a "military community". It includes both military personnel and members of their families. All state social protection programs in the army of these countries are formed specifically for the military community. At the same time, within the framework of the programs there are also highly specialized areas for wives, children of military personnel, spouses and families in general.
