Анотація
Розглянуто проблему професіоналізації студентів вищих навчальних закладів через проходження навчальної практики. На підставі даних емпіричного соціологічного дослідження (опитування студентів-правознавців Харківського національного університету внутрішніх справ) зроблено висновок про необхідність детального організування та змістовного наповнення навчальної практики як важливої умови становлення особистості професіонала.
Professionalization problem of students of higher educational institutions in the light of educational practice is described. The aim of the article is to define and to conduct an empirical research of impact efficiency of students’ ducational practice on the formation of holistic view of future profession and their orientations concerning employment by profession. The inquiry is actualized by the tendency of differentiation between educational and vocational-orienting functions of high school and increased requirements of employers to young professionals. Empirical basis of the article is the poll of second-year students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs who have done training practice at police stations. The main tasks of the research include: students’ estimation of organizational level of educational practice; analysis of content and usefulness of training practice tasks; study of students’ orientation towards future profession and probability of work at police stations. On the basis of research data students were roughly divided into three groups: first group – those who have responsibly treated training practice; have responsibly fulfilled their duties; have actively communicated and multiplied their professional knowledge. The second group is represented by students who have ambiguously commented training practice and haven’t expressed clear position concerning their personal professional future. The third group is represented by students who are not oriented towards professional self-fulfillment at police agencies and disapprove the period which they have spent at police stations. These groups correspond to, proposed in the article, models of students’ advance towards profession: normative, intermediate and deviant. Based on data of empirical sociological research the authors have arrived at the conclusion that detailed organization and profound content of educational practice are important conditions for the formation of personality of the professional.
Рассмотрена проблема профессионализации студентов высших учебных заведений посредством прохождения учебной практики. На основе данных эмпирического социологического исследования (опрос студентов-правоведов Харьковского национального университета внутренних дел) сделан вывод о необходимости детальной организации и содержательного наполнения учебной практики как важного условия становления личности профессионала.
