Історико-правові погляди І. Є. Енгельмана

Abstract

Проаналізовано науковий доробок видатного вченого-правознавця І. Є. Енгельмана, в першу чергу щодо історії виникнення, сутності та впровадження кріпосного права в Росії та на українських землях.The basic stages of pedagogical activity are investigational and the analysis of scientific work of prominent scientist-legist Engelman is carried out. Main attention is spared to research of his work «History of serfdom in Russia». In this his work the processes related to beginning of forming the serfdom in Old to Rus are analysed in detail enough. It was one of key questions of Russian historiography. Engelman expressed the opinion and concerning beginning of process of enslaving in the Moscow state. He considered that this process had begun in 1597. Engelman discusses with other Russian historians of this occasion.Проанализированы научные наработки выдающегося учёного-правоведа И. Е. Энгельмана, в первую очередь относительно истории возникновения, сущности и внедрения крепостного права в России и на украинских землях.
