Анотація
Визначено стратегічні напрями оперативно-розшукової протидії злочинам проти власності у великих містах. Розглянуто зарубіжний досвід. Зазначено, що удосконалення оперативно-розшукової протидії злочинам проти власності у великих містах передбачає використання
новітніх досягнень науки і техніки, які дають змогу миттєво отримувати інформацію про вчинений злочин, здійснити ідентифікацію особи правопорушника та задіяти дієві комплексні заходи превентивного характеру.
The purpose of the study is to study the current state and determine the strategic directions of operative-search counteraction to crimes against property in big cities. The methodology includes a detailed complex analysis and generalization of the available scientific and theoretical material on the raised issues, on the basis of which substantiated worldviews are made and recommendations for disclosure of the essence of the studied concepts. On the basis of systematic material, strategic directions of operative-investigative counteraction to crimes against property in big cities were determined. Improvement of operative-search counteraction to property crimes in big cities involves the use of the latest achievements of science and technology, which allow you to instantly get information about the crime, to identify the offender, and to take effective comprehensive preventive measures. The implementation of these measures necessitates the definition of conceptual and strategic directions of increasing the effectiveness of operational and search counteraction to crimes against property in big cities. The results of the study are aimed at comprehending the problems that arise in the process of investigative and counteraction to crimes against property in big cities and will help to increase the effectiveness of such activities.
Определены стратегические направления оперативно-розыскного противодействия преступлениям против собственности в крупных городах. Рассмотрен зарубежный опыт. Усовершенствование оперативно-розыскного противодействия преступлениям против собственности в крупных городах предполагает использование новейших достижений науки и техники, которые позволяют мгновенно получать информацию о совершенном преступлении, осуществить идентификацию личности правонарушителя и задействовать действенные комплексные меры превентивного характера.
