Анотація
Вивчено сучасний стан та проблемні питання проведення підрозділами кримінальної поліції внутрішньокамерної розробки осіб, які визнають себе авторитетами злочинної спільноти або перебувають у статусі «злодій у законі». Визначено перспективні напрями наукових досліджень щодо вирішення проблем розглянутої тематики.
The purpose of the study is to study the current state and problems of conducting criminal police units in-camera development of persons who recognize themselves as the authorities of the criminal community or are in the status of “thief in law” and identify promising areas of research to solve existing problems of the subject. The methodology includes a detailed comprehensive analysis and generalization of the available scientific and theoretical material on the raised issues, on the basis of which substantiated worldviews are made and recommendations for disclosure of the essence of the studied concepts. On the basis of systematic material and analyzing the current state of criminal police units in-camera development of persons who recognize themselves as the authorities of the criminal community or are in the status of “thief in law”, we aim to attract attention and encourage a deeper study of this problem by theorists and practitioners. Considering that the legal regulation of counteraction to the authorities of the criminal community and persons who are in the status of “thief in law” is currently in the active phase of reform, and the operational and investigative support of combating organized crime requires a comprehensive use of the forces, means and methods of law enforcement agencies, conducting units of criminal police of in-house development of persons who recognize themselves as the authorities of the criminal community or are in the status of “thief in law” stipulates the need for further detailed scientific understanding and improvement. The results of the study are aimed at comprehending the problems that arise in the process of conducting criminal police units in-camera development of persons who recognize themselves as the authorities of the criminal community or are in the status of “thief in law” and will help to increase the effectiveness of such activities.
Изучено современное состояние и проблемные вопросы проведения подразделениями криминальной полиции внутрикамерной разработки лиц, признающих себя авторитетами преступного сообщества или находящихся в статусе «вор в законе». Определены перспективные направления научных исследований решения проблем рассматриваемой тематики.
